Caroline is Director of Occupational Therapy Services at Spot On Kids and has a wealth of clinical expertise having undertaken training in a variety of approaches and techniques.
A highly specialised Occupational Therapist, Caroline provides assessment and therapeutic intervention to children and young people with complex and varied needs including Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Development Coordination Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, learning difficulties, motor coordination challenges, attachment difficulties and other developmental, learning, emotional, sensory, regulation and behavioural difficulties.
She graduated from Brunel University in 2011 with a first-class Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in Occupational Therapy.
Besides Spot On Kids Caroline works in a variety of settings including the NHS, Mainstream and Specialist Schools, Charites and Private Practice.
Laura is Director of Speech and Language Therapy Services at Spot On Kids.
Laura qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2009 from University College London and joined the NHS as a newly qualified therapist, initially on a part-time basis, while completing a Masters degree in Neuroscience, Language and Communication from University College London.
Since qualifying Laura has worked in a variety of settings within the NHS including clinics, mainstream provisions, specialist schools and in the private sector in a specialist independent educational setting.
She has worked in London, University of Dhaka in Bangladesh and a Child Development Centre in Qatar.

Laura specialises in working with children with difficulties in attention and listening, articulation and phonological processing and social communication. Her approach is client centred, working with the client and family to achieve meaningful outcomes through fun and engaging activities.
